HJP tutorial: Delving deeper into confidentiality, mandatory reporting and legal privilege

Maintaining professional obligations while keeping clients and patients at the centre of HJP practice.

The HJP tutorial on confidentiality, mandatory reporting and legal privilege has been the most popular HJP tutorial of the last 3 years – a clear indication for us of the importance of this topic for health, community, social and legal service practitioners in HJP. It also showed that there is more to talk about.

This 2025 repeat tutorial seeks to expand on the practitioner advice and insights shared last time, in a practical, skill building format. There will be case studies, breakouts and more.

Members of the National HJP Practitioner Network are invited to join us in this free online tutorial to connect with peers and participate in a discussion about the opportunities, challenges and lessons of information sharing in partnership. If you’re not a member of the network, please join here.
