The HJP tutorial on confidentiality, mandatory reporting and legal privilege has been the most popular HJP tutorial of the last 3 years – a clear indication for us of the importance of this topic for health, community, social and legal service practitioners in HJP. It also showed that there is more to talk about.
This 2025 repeat tutorial seeks to expand on the practitioner advice and insights shared last time, in a practical, skill building format. There will be case studies, breakouts and more.

Members of the National HJP Practitioner Network, including practitioners, coordinators, project leads, team leaders and managers who are:
- interested in learning more about navigating diverse professional obligations in HJP while keeping clients and patients at the centre of HJP practice.
- working in health, social or legal assistance services and wanting to hear more from their peers working with people with disability.
