Join us for a deep-dive into this ever-popular topic to workshop how diverse HJP practitioners can communicate and share information in a way that maintains different professional obligations, while keeping clients and patients at the centre.
Our previous tutorial on this topic was our most popular ever – a clear indication for us of the importance of this discussion for health, community, social and legal service practitioners working in partnership. It also showed that there is more to talk about.
This event will expand on previous conversations on this topic with case studies, breakouts and deeper interrogation.
Members of the National HJP Practitioner Network are invited to join us in this free online tutorial to connect with peers and participate in a discussion about the opportunities, challenges and lessons of working in partnership as a response to the needs of people with disability. If you’re not a member of the network, please join here.
Time: 1–2pm AEDT
Date: Wednesday, 18 December 2024
Location: Zoom
