Operations Manager
Scott has well over 30 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector, mostly in disability services.
He has worked at every organisational level from direct service provider to CEO. His time in the sector including a stint as the NSW State Manager for National Disability Services (the sector peak body) during the 3-year trialling phase of the NDIS.
Most recently, Scott worked with members of the Stolen Generation and their descendants. The experiences he had working within this mistreated group has lead him to have a better understanding of the siloed nature of government policy, funding bodies, and services. Scott is a fierce advocate of joined up policy, as well as consumer lead, person-centred and holistic service responses for all Australians.
