While we do not rely on assessments as the sole basis for our decision-making, they contribute an independent source of data beyond interviews and references. This is valuable for HJA as a new organisation and as we gain experience in our recruitment and professional development. It reflects our commitment to data-driven approaches and informs our understanding of our existing organisational capabilities and how we might complement them.
We ask applicants for HJA positions to undertake these assessments as part of our recruitment process. You will receive minimal feedback on your assessment but your results may be used to guide questions for interview, among other elements of the process.
