Practice tip: reviewing the way you partner

Building strong partnerships requires partners to regularly pay attention to how they work together, not just what they do. To begin this process of review, often referred to as an HJP health check, check out Health Justice Australia’s Maintaining effective HJPs: Reviewing the way you partner resource.

This resource outlines five key areas to explore as a partnership with suggested discussion points. Reviewing your HJP in this way enables the identification of the added value of working in partnership, and can support you to improve the way you partner.

Take the first step in reviewing the way you partner and consider adding the key areas as agenda items for your next partnership meeting.

If your HJP would like to discuss a more thorough partnership review, see Health Justice Australia’s tailored support page for more information about our partnership health check service.
