Sheree Limbrick to step down as CEO of Health Justice Australia

Release date: 5 September 2025

The Board of Directors announces, with deep regret, the resignation of our Chief Executive Officer, Sheree Limbrick, effective 5 September 2025.

Sheree has made the difficult decision to step down from her role due to health reasons. Throughout her tenure, she has demonstrated unwavering commitment and leadership, guiding the organisation through a period of consolidation and transformation.

Under Sheree’s stewardship, the organisation has strengthened its governance and financial oversight frameworks, building transparency and accountability. She has also played a pivotal role in facilitating the development of our next strategic plan, positioning the organisation for continued success.

The Board sincerely thanks Sheree for her service and dedication. We wish her all the very best in her future endeavours and extend our heartfelt appreciation for the impact she has made.

The Board is pleased to announce that from 8 September, Lottie Turner has been appointed Acting CEO. Lottie has been with Health Justice Australia since our earliest days and has been working closely with Sheree over the last several months as Deputy CEO. The Board welcomes Lottie into this role and looks forward to her continued commitment and leadership of our important work.
