Dr. John Chan is the Managing Director of Infinite Potential, a think tank advancing practical, evidence-based solutions for healthier, high-performing, sustainable workplaces. A globally experienced Industrial/Organisational psychologist, John has spent over two decades shaping people strategies with measurable results —from ASX-listed companies to NGOs and charities.
John is a leading voice on burnout, workplace wellbeing, productivity, and the future of work. His mission is to reimagine work not just as a source of productivity, but as a platform for human flourishing—believing that thriving workplaces are fundamental to thriving societies. John is also an Honorary Industry Fellow at UTS and a regular speaker at national and international conferences.
